Delivery & Returns
Before you finalise your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address.
Here at Miss Red we work hard to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.

What do you charge for delivery?
Standard 2 - 5 Working Day Delivery - Royal Mail tracked & signed for service. (Monday - Friday) - £4.99
Next Working Day Delivery - (UK Mainland Only, must be ordered before 3 pm Monday-Friday - £6.99
Europe 2 - 5 day delivery - £9.99
Rest of world 7 day delivery - £17.99
How long for my UK online order to arrive?
We use a trusted courier service UK Mail, please allow for 3 working days Monday - Friday for delivery. Next day delivery will be offered as an extra charge upon purchase of goods.
Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday. Orders placed after 3 pm will only be processed the following day.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and how to track your order.
What is your online return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied we offer a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging, please include in your email your online order number from www.missredlondon.co.uk
We offer a free returns service, once the item is returned to us we will refund you and you can repurchase your desired item should you need another size, colour or style.

What is your policy on damaged or defective product?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We'll take care of you! We offer a free returns service, once the item is returned to us we will refund you and you can repurchase your desired Miss-Red item.
Please note the items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with an order number and the usual 14 days applies.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow 7 working days for your refund. Once we have received and accepted your item(s) your refund will be processed
I want my credit card refunded
We will refund the method of original payment after we have received your return and passed Quality Control, this can take up to 7 working days. You will receive a notification when the refund has been issued.
I am outside the United Kingdom and I want to return my item
If you are not entirely satisfied we offer a return within 14 days of delivery for international orders. The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging with your online order number from www.missredlondon.co.uk
We currently offer free international deliveries and returns with DHL. You will receive a full refund and can repurchase your desired product.
Please allow 14 working days for your refund. Once we have received and accepted your item(s) your refund will be processed.

I bought Miss Red from a stockist
Please contact the stockist directly, Miss-Red Online cannot return, exchange or refund you for items purchased from one of our stockists, you will need your receipt and adhere to the store's policy.
